Even though content creator Elaina Michelle and William crossed paths many times as high schoolers, it wasn't until he posted a photo of spaghetti, while in New York City, when they first exchanged words. "Who knew that photo would be the beginning of our love story," Elaina laughs.

After three-and-a-half years together, William proposed during her 25th birthday trip to Paris on May 25, 2023. He'd arranged a photographer to take her photos around the City of Love. "A few minutes into my photo session the photographer 'convinced' us to take some couple photos," Elaina explains. "To my surprise, he dropped down to one knee, and I thought I was dreaming."

Serendipitously, a year before their engagement, they'd booked a staycation at Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas and both agreed it felt like Paris. "At this time, I never dreamed that we would actually get to go to Paris, let alone get engaged there exactly one year later," Elaina shares. When they returned from France as to-be-weds, they immediately knew they'd book Crescent Court for their wedding.

To bring their Parisian vision to life, the couple enlisted the help of Go Go Me Agency. And Over The Moon The List Photographer Victoria Gold lensed every moment.

For her autumn nuptials, Elaina's wedding dress was inspired by the dress she got engaged in. "It was the perfect silky blush blazer dress that I had no idea would turn into my engagement outfit to remember forever," she says. "It was such a light pink

a lot of people thought I was wearing white—I thought that would be the perfect color for my wedding dress." At Iconic Bride, Elaina fell in love with a rosy Ines Di Santo look. "I grew up in ballet training under Julie Ballew, and this dress felt like everything I loved from ballet in one gown."

Elaina also wore Ines Di Santo for her rehearsal dinner and reception, and on the day-of, makeup artist Kristen Farrah and hairstylist Lyndsey Peck gave her soft bridal glam. The finishing touch was J'adior perfume oil that she'd purchased on her engagement trip. Scent was also important for her bridal party. Bridesmaids complemented Elaina in Birdy Grey dresses—adhering to the black tie dress code—and everyone wore the Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede scent, gifted to them in custom engraved bottles from the bride.

On October 25, 2025, Elaina walked down the aisle—lined with florals by Vivienne & Vine—to meet William at the altar. "The music filled me with emotion, all I could think was: Wow this is most special moment of my life; I want to remember this forever," the bride says of the ceremony.

The reception was a callback to the newlyweds' love story in Paris. Tables were named after their favorite locations around the city, and mini crème brûlées and Ladurée macarons were served. Elaina and William even took to the dance floor as "La Vie En Rose" was played by It's Your Night Entertainment. "The song played during our dinner on Le Diamont Bleu the first night as an engaged couple," the bride smiles. "It will always remind me of the freshly engaged bliss watching the sunset on the Seine."

After the couple cut their multi-tiered wedding cake from Fancy Cakes by Lauren, the duo made their grand exit in a vintage Rolls-Royce. "We then spent an hour or so drinking Champagne, eating macarons from Ladurée, and discussing the whole day. La fin parfaite.
