A special welcome note and hand-illustrated site map for our wedding party and families who stayed nearby or on-site for the whole weekend. Our wedding party stayed in beautifully accessorized ShelterCo tents—we made our own little village. We had a pool party, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party all before the big day. Finished out the weekend with a grand survivor’s brunch the day after the wedding. Custom drawings were done for each location on the invite.

Getting ready on wedding day with a talented team. I made sure to choose stylists who were calm, sweet, and genuine to match the mood I wanted to have the morning of my wedding. This was SO important to me.

So special to have a few moments with these important ones in our fancies before heading out. I loved slipping this Jenny Yoo gown on. The fit was perfected by Tailor Maid SF, and it felt amazing to put on. Tailor Maid are the BEST tailors! Julie’s gown is Amsale. Tanner’s tux is custom by Dandy in Detroit.

OBSESSED with my bouquet by the talented Christina, owner and founder of Floral Luxe. She used magnolias from my front yard and other gorgeous, lush flowers and accents I love. I was amazed with the final product—could not be happier.

Some of my must-haves for my ceremony gown were a low back and covered buttons all the way down the train. Loved getting to wear this. Might go put it back on right now.

Shaking off the pre wedding jitters laughing with my roommates from college. We are still there for each other’s’ milestone moments all these years later. We plan to take over a nursing home together one day. Their gowns are all Amsale. Our on-site tailor, The Wedding DeTailor kept us looking fresh leading up to the ceremony.

The classic Groomsmen walking picture: one of my favorite parts was getting custom tuxes by @Dandy.Detroit—we all got to be there in person for the fittings, he even flew out to a couple that couldn’t make it. Each groomsman had their own flair with their shoes and unique interior tux jacket lining. -Jamin

Just how we dreamed this big old oak tree would show off for our ceremony. Custom stage built by Floral Luxe. Perfect chairs with the right balance of ethereal class. Peep the chairs, couches, and lounges on stage for our bridal party. That was a must for me, to create texture and depth with a wedding party so large.

Walking in, my dad had to remind me to slow down. I almost speed-walked down the aisle! He wore a maile lei in honor of my family growing up in Hawaii. We walked down the aisle to a beautiful rendition of “Moon River” by JJ Heller.

We did it! Married! Outro was an upbeat Hawaiian tune, “Aloha Ku’u Home a I Kane’ohe” by Hu’ewa. A nod to the town I spent the first few years of my life. We loved adding touches of our history throughout the wedding weekend with none taking over, but all adding to the whole experience.
