Yolanda Garretti began her career in culinary arts as a food correspondent for Vogue Spain. Inspired by her love of food, she enrolled in the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Milan, where she completed her studies in Traditional European Cuisine. Back in New York, her creations and décor made her known citywide, and she and her business partner Adam Sikora founded Acquolina to focus on in-home and large-scale catering.
