Alessi

Since its establishment in Italy in 1921, Alessi started as a factory and evolved into producing its own tableware and home goods. In the 1950s, the company famously started to collaborate with outside independent designers. In the following decades, it was awarded the prestigious “Mercurio d’Oro Award for Industry” and worked with the likes of Salvador Dalì, Ettore Sottsass, and Richard Sapper.
