Inspired by a Late Victorian era charm necklaces, the sweet Diamond Puffy Heart Necklace features elongated oval links in the solid gold chain, and nine graduated puffy heart charms with a beautiful satin finish. Each charm features four old mine cut diamonds set in hand-carved star settings, as well as a stunning heart shaped diamond in the center.
