Brackish began with one feather bow tie designed by Ben Ross and gifted to his groomsman, Jeff Plotner. Since its inception, the brand has blossomed into a full line of men’s and women’s accessories designed and handcrafted in Charleston, South Carolina with each piece focused on honoring the beauty found in nature. The Carew Bow Tie got its name after Carew Rice, a South Carolina artist who used black and white silhouettes to imitate the world around him. This elegant piece is made with all white goose feathers. A special technique gives this bow tie a slightly ruffled look, adding interest, depth and dimension for a truly sophisticated look.
