Founded in 2018 by Victoria Salisbury, the Los Angeles-based boutique womenswear brand was named after Victoria's grandmother—Chapman was her maiden name and Victoria's middle name. The label was created to make unique pieces for the magical moments in life and give detail, structure, and femininity at an attainable price.
