“Shelter Island is where we went on our first trip together, where we said ‘I love you’ for the first time, and where we got engaged,” says fashion publicist, Jenna Hershey. “It’s our favorite spot, so it made perfect sense for us to get married there, too.”
Couture is what fashion fantasy is made of, and the Spring 2017 season was no different, except that now more than ever we needed an opportunity to take a break from following the headlines for a moment and instead indulge in something beautiful.
“In terms of aesthetic, I’ve always loved the clean look of anything blue and white,” says the bride. “My grandmother, a wonderful interior decorator, used to say the combination was so magical because it subconsciously makes us think of the sky and clouds.”
