More than a year after content creator Allegra Filippetti and wellness studio owner Natanel Levy got engaged in Ravello, the Toronto-based couple are returning to Italy this month for their destination nuptials in Rome at Villa Miani. “Our reception at Villa Miani will feel incredibly royal, with all white florals, vintage gold candelabras, and a design that is high-end, clean, and timeless,” Allegra explains. As for her fashion, the bride is leaning into the European, romantic aesthetic for her wedding wardrobe—pulling references from ’90s supermodels and Italian couture.
Allegra’s bridal aesthetic doesn’t stray too far from her own personal style, which she describes as “timeless, feminine without being overly girly, and romantic.” And ahead of her destination celebration, she’s translating her taste into an Over The Moon Dream Registry to inspire other couples making their own right now.
For The Kitchen
Invest in “buy-it-for-life” appliances, and choose pieces that add a sense of warmth to your space.
I chose the Christofle silverware set because I was drawn to the quality of the silver and the luxurious and timeless feel of it. Rosendahl glassware for the same reason, an elevated basic that will last years in our home and get used every day.
What inspires me most is the beauty of Europe itself, especially Rome. I’m deeply drawn to the architecture, the history, the warmth, and the effortless elegance woven into every detail. The stone buildings, grand arches, soft natural light, and timeless romance of the city have shaped so much of my vision, from fashion to interiors to the overall feeling of our wedding. I’ve always been inspired by beauty that feels classic, artistic, and enduring rather than trend driven, and Rome embodies that perfectly.
For The Table
Style with timeless classics you'll reach for again and again.
It will take place in the upper courtyard, almost like an intimate grand patio overlooking the entire city of Rome. It’s private and intimate yet grand and dramatic. A live band will also play as the sun sets, but truly, the venue speaks for itself. The arches and architecture are the main event. The florals and candlelight are simply there to enhance what’s already breathtaking. Just letting Rome be Rome.
For The Closet
Because why limit your registry to just the home?
Allegra leaves us with sage advice for couples currently making their own Over The Moon Registries: “I’ve always valued investing in beautiful basics and pieces that feel elevated yet functional items that can truly last forever and become part of everyday life. For me, it wasn’t just about aesthetics, but about choosing pieces with craftsmanship, longevity, and a sense of understated elegance that we’ll continue to use and cherish for years to come.”
