Optimized edge geometry for precision cutting and extended blade life. Includes 8" Chef Knife and 3.8" Paring Knife. Chef Knife for slicing and dicing. Paring Knife for detailed prep work. Finished with Black ABS or Olive Wood handles. Durable, impact-resistant, comfortable grip.

Care Instructions
