Plates only are Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, and Freezer Safe. Remove wooden dowels before placing in Dishwasher, Oven, Freezer or Microwave. Handwash wooden dowels, dry with a clean cloth. Wipe with mineral oil to keep oil in good condition.
