The Fletcher Top in Odette Plaid is a short-sleeve plaid top with an open crew neckline and artfully sculpted sleeves. Three darts at either side of each sleeve and a dolman armhole create a distinctive, structured silhouette, while waist darts at the front and back refine the shape. A center front closure with large gold organic-shaped snaps adds a bold, signature detail. Fully lined.
