Product Details

15 mm thick cordierite baking stone. Compatible with wood or charcoal; optional gas burner (sold separately) allows for propane use. Reaches cooking temperatures in approximately 15 minutes and cooks pizzas in as little as 60 seconds. Maximum temperature of 950°F. Brushed 430 stainless steel construction. For outdoor use only. Includes Karu 12 Oven with chimney and door, cordierite baking stone, fuel tray door, and wood and charcoal fuel tray with burner grate.

Care Instructions

Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning. Brush away food debris from the baking stone once cool. Wipe exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
