Designer Jamie Lim grew up in South East Asia, surrounded by the batik kaftans worn by her mother, and handmade rattan dining chairs. As she witnessed these artisanal goods be replaced by mass produced synthetics, Jamie created Kayu as a means to offer timeless personal and home accessories, made with the finest natural materials, and preserve indigenous craft. Crafted in natural, vegetable tanned leather, which will soften over time and develop a beautiful patina, the Raissa Sandal features is embellished with crystals for a touch of easy glamour.

Made with top grain vegetable tanned leather that is natural and chemical free. Each pair is meticulously handcrafted by a family owned workshop in Greece using traditional techniques. Rubber sole. 

Care Instructions

Products are made of natural materials, as a result, there will be some variations in color and slight differences that make each item unique, more so over time. To preserve the color of your product please store away from the sun when not in use. Use a small amount of water to spot clean as required. Do not use chemical cleaners as this may stain the straw and cause discoloration.
