Knives: Japanese high-carbon and stainless steel, with a matte and stain-resistant composite handle. Reboard: 75% recycled plastic scraps created by kitchenware manufacturing. 25% sugarcane for durability. Sharpener: ceramic wheels with a composite outer. Does not sharpen single-beveled edge or serrated knives.

Care Instructions

Knives: Hand-wash recommended.

reBoard: dishwasher safe.

Sharpener: spot clean.
