The handles on each piece have a special texture inspired by fish scales: an evocative pattern that clearly indicates the purpose of this cutlery. The fork is long and has two curved prongs for pulling the flesh out of the claws and leg segments of lobsters, crayfish, prawns, crabs, and other shellfish.
