The Cecile Top in Veneta Arc Yellow is a scoop-neck, flowy blouse with a ruffled neckline and three-quarter sleeves in an allover Veneta arc print. Raglan armholes and pleats and gathers along the neckline seam lend an effortless, fluid drape. The sleeve can be worn blouson-style, fastened with a functional grosgrain ribbon at the cuff, which also features an elastic loop closure with a slit above. A center back keyhole with a self-covered button and elastic bungee loop completes the silhouette. Unlined.
